WELCOME TO SLOW FOOD SANTA FE
"Slow Food unites the pleasure of food with responsibility, sustainability, and harmony with nature." — Carlo Petrini, Founder Slow Food International
Our 2025 farm tour in July was a big success! This year, we shook things up with a behind-the-scenes look at cutting-edge hydroponic and aquaponic farming in Santa Fe. Click here for details.
Tune in to our monthly radio spot on KSFR (101.1 FM), Slow Food Santa Fe Out Loud, on the first Saturday of the month at 10 am. Our Nov 1st show will feature chefs Kathleen Crook (chef and co-owner of Market Steer Steakhouse Restaurant) and Joseph Wrede (chef and owner of Joseph's Culinary Pub). The chefs have been selected to participate in the 2025 James Beard Foundation's Taste America series and will create a dinner at Market Steer November 12th.
Join us for our monthly Dinner and a Book. Our next gathering will be Tuesday, Oct 14th at 6 pm. We will be discussing Group Living and Other Recipes by Lola Milholland.
