Ethiopian Cooking Class

Almaz Tesfamichael is from Ethiopia and is a wonderful, experienced cook who has agreed to share her expertise with us. The menu for the class includes chicken with turmeric, garlic, and onion; leg of lamb Berbere with spices; kale with garlic and onion; injera, freshly roasted Ethiopian green coffee, a surprise dessert and wine.
